About S&S
Stage and Screen was born out of frustration with many networking events that simply believe inviting people to a crowded, and often noisy venue, and leaving everyone to their own devices is enough. What's more, many events are focused on just actors, or just producers, etc.
The aim is to organize casual meetups, and professional networking events among actors, directors, playwrights, screenwriters, producers and such that work to actively break the ice and encourage dialogue and connecting.
The mission is to create real opportunities that can lead to professional working relationships and actual work. With Hollywood going through significant restructuring, AI threatening to take work away from creatives, straight plays picking up in interest, I believe in the power of organized and goal oriented networking to unlock new possibilities.
